Automated workflow

The Soltex platform’s automated workflow module is used for scheduled data collections. Data collection schedules and plans are developed and configured by helpdesk team to help data providers with their submissions. A data collection schedule normally includes a data provider’s registration and the appointment of a data provider contact person; an initial data submission, validation and correction; a review of collection reports; and final data sign-off.

The automated workflow module enables our client’s data managers to define submission schedules and deadlines for different providers and provider groups with any arising issues (such as a missed deadline or wrong data submission) automatically highlighted and instantly addressed by a helpdesk team.

This flexibly customised system ensures the integrity of datasets and at the same time considerably increases a data provider’s participation in the collection process.

The following diagram shows a sample data collection workflow configured for one of the collection processes inside the TDA Performance Profiles system.
